About Me - Chris Dwan
I'm a husband and father who understands the importance of friendship for a fulfilling life. As a successful professional and fitness enthusiast, I found that I kept backsliding in life and experiencing burnout without friends to share the struggle and celebrate with.

With over two decades of marriage, parenting and volunteering experience I have learned the value of connecting with others along with why it's important and how to do it even though I'm naturally introverted.
My mission is now to help men on a quest to collect and enjoy the rewards of friendship, fitness and a fulfilling life full of purpose.
